Our goal is to meet the needs of our surrounding community and beyond by meeting them where they are—meeting their healthcare needs in the context of their social and cultural backgrounds.  Social context, health literacy, and access to care all play a role in health and wellness. The goal of our community outreach is to raise health by truly meeting the community on their streets, rather than simply providing care within the walls of our hospital.
